Since 1971, No5 has been providing free, confidential mental health support, counselling and outreach for young people aged 11-25 who live, work or study in the RG Postcode area.
Our counselling service is BACP Accredited, and supports 900 young people every year. All young people are offered up to 20 weeks of counselling in-person, in school online or over the phone.
Our Outreach, delivered in collaboration with young people and professionals, reaches over 2,500 young people.
